Hours:
Thank you for choosing Haley Veterinary Practice, LLC for your pet’s medical care. To serve you better, we ask that you review the following information on our payment policies. We make every effort to provide reasonable costs for services, but modern veterinary care can be costly.
Estimates:
Following an examination of your animal, the veterinarian in charge can provide an estimate of the approximate cost of services, procedures, tests, drugs, and supplies to treat your animal upon your request. This estimate will reflect only the initial diagnostic(s) and treatment plan(s) and may change, based on your treatment decisions.
Please let a hospital staff member know before services are started if you would like an estimate for your pet's visit. Estimates can only be done once the pet has been examined by a doctor (exam fee applies). An exam allows us to provide the most accurate estimate possible for you.
Payment:
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. If your animal is hospitalized, a down payment toward your pet’s care may be required; the final payment is due when your animal is discharged. Treatment of your animal is determined by your decisions, with consideration of your own financial resources. You have the right to decline any or all treatment suggested for your animal. We accept:
Owners are responsible for payment to Haley Veterinary Practice, LLC and the insurance company will reimburse the owner.
We accept Carecredit as a form of payment. Carecredit is a medical credit card that allows financing. If you plan on using Carecredit at the hospital, you must already be approved and be assigned a card ahead of time. To find out more on Carecredit or to Sign Up, click here.
